In block-based coding, you drag and drop logical blocks and build with them the program structure. Those familiar with coding can dive into robotics.

What knowledge and skills should a child have to engage in robotics?

For robotics, a child benefits from coding experience, but any level, even with Scratch, works. Basic computer skills suffice; technical expertise isn't required. We point out a few requirements for our classes, such as - you must be confident in using a computer, keyboard and mouse at the good user level; to know how we save files on a computer, what a file and folders are, etc. One important aspect is that you want to program robots and are not afraid to struggle with the difficulties of learning them.
