“Student”: a child or an adult of whatever age who will be attending the Course as specified in the Registration Form. The Student may be you if it is you who is undertaking the Course, or it may be your child if it is your child who is undertaking the Course;

“You”, “Your”: the person or persons who (a) visit our website and/or (b) have purchased our services, being either the Student’s parent(s) or guardian(s) or carer(s), or the Student themselves if the Student is an adult who is undertaking a course themselves.
We may collect, use, store and transfer different kinds of personal data about you and/or the Student. We have collated these into groups as follows
You may provide us information about you and/or the Student by filling in forms on our website or by contacting us via phone, e-mail or otherwise. This includes information you provide when you submit a registration form on our website, subscribe to our services, apply for a vacancy, apply to a course, search for a product or service on our website, and when you report a problem with our site or submit a complaint.
The information you provide us may include:
- Information about Your and/or the Student’s identity – such as first name, last name, title, date of birth, and other identifiers that you may have provided at some time
- Your contact information – information such as billing address, delivery address, email address, telephone numbers and any other information you have given to us for the purpose of communication or meeting.
- Transaction data – includes details about payments or communications to and from you and information about products and services you have purchased from us.
- Marketing data – your interests and preferences in receiving marketing from us; communication preferences; feedback, survey responses and actions in relation to your use of our services.
By submitting the registration form, you confirm that you are authorised and have the necessary consents to disclose the personal data provided in the application to us. We shall not be liable for any claim brought by any individual arising from an act or omission resulting from your failure to ensure that the transfer of the personal data was lawful.

We may request health data from potential clients and employees. This might be necessary to ensure the safety of our staff and Students, as well as to assess the working capacity of the employee.

Where we need to collect personal data by law, or under the terms of a contract we have with you, and you fail to provide that data when requested, we may not be able to perform that contract. In that case, we may have to stop providing a service to you. If so, we will notify you of this at the time.

If a basis on which we process your and/or the Student’s personal information is no longer relevant, then we shall immediately stop processing your and/or the Student’s data. If the basis changes, then, if required by law, we shall notify you of the change and of any new basis under which we have determined that we can continue to process your and/or the Student’s information.
When you buy a product or service from us, or otherwise agree to our terms and conditions, a contract is formed between you and us. In order to carry out our obligations under that contract, we must process the information you give us. Some of this information may be personal information. We may use it in order to:
